The challenge

Across a portfolio of 171 properties and 17,968 units, there was no single source of truth. Portfolio data lived in separate systems and spreadsheets, and every report the leadership team saw had been assembled by hand — which meant the numbers were already days out of date by the time anyone acted on them.

Manual assembly at that scale isn't just slow. It consumes roughly a full workweek of staff time every week, and it turns every leadership question — how is this property performing? where are the problems concentrated? — into a request that takes days to answer.

What we built

Zeitwerk designed and built a real-time executive dashboard that consolidates the entire portfolio into one live view. Portfolio KPIs are computed automatically, every property is mapped geospatially, and any number on the screen can be drilled into — from the portfolio level down to the individual property.

The result

Manual portfolio reporting was eliminated entirely.
